TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lateness

We allow up to 15 minutes for lateness after that you may be asked to reschedule.  The decision will be at the discretion of the management.

No Shows

We appreciate that life sometimes gets in the way and missed appointments sometimes can't be helped however if you fail to show up for your appointment you may be asked to pay for the missed appointment and/or pay for future appointments upfront before being offered another slot.  This is at the discretionary of the management.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours for cancellations unless in the event of an emergency, however if emergencies become frequent then you will be asked to pay for your late cancellation as below:  Failure to pay WILL result in you being removed from our books

Cancelled appointments within 48 hour notice period - No charge

Cancelled appointments within 24 hours notice period - 50% grooming fee required

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice period - full grooming fee required

Aggressive Dogs

Whilst we are not classed as a holistic dog groomers we do practice holistic dog grooming in our salon and pride ourselves on being compassionate dog groomers.  This means that we groom dogs without fear and force.  Whilst we do use restraints for your dogs safety we do not use muzzles as these only cease to make grooming more stressful for your dog.  If you have a fear aggressive dog we may refuse to groom them.  You will be offered desensitisation grooming however if you refuse to bring your dog for desensitisation you will be refused a grooming appointment.  We do not come to work to be bitten, scratched and stressed from a fearful dog.  It is not "all part of the job"!

Nervous Dogs

As mentioned above we do not groom dogs under fear and force. If your dog is overly nervous, we may refuse to go ahead with the grooming appointment and will offer desensitisation appointments instead. If you refuse desensitisation you may be refused a grooming appointment. We want to give your dog the best experience possible!

Rudeness

We will not tolerate rudeness in any way, shape or form.  If you are rude to our staff you will be refused appointments and removed from our books.
